Discussion of known chemicals, contamination or waste, including available site information and documentation. Existing site information helps identify the appropriate assessment route; an enquiry does not confirm acceptance of hazardous work.

Training and protective requirements

Consideration of the competence, protective equipment and working arrangements required for the proposed task. Requirements are considered against the specific task and environment before any delivery commitment is made.

Defined delivery scope

Written agreement of the areas, responsibilities and limitations before any specialist work is accepted. Responsibilities, exclusions and completion arrangements are recorded so your team can assess the proposed approach before agreeing the work.

Access and completion arrangements

Define access restrictions, the nominated site contact and the information required at handover. The proposed arrangements are confirmed alongside the assessment, with any unresolved requirements addressed before work is accepted.
