Who it’s for

Landlords, letting and estate agents, property owners and site managers preparing residential or commercial premises for sale, letting or viewings. Availability and scope are confirmed individually.

The scope of your service

What your service can include

The final scope is agreed for your premises. These are the areas we can discuss when shaping your service. Select an area below to explore what can be included.

Presentation planned around the next opportunity.

Entrance and arrival areas

Attention to agreed entrances and accessible arrival spaces that shape the first impression. The agreed priorities reflect the visitor's arrival experience, with surface materials and access taken into account.

Key rooms and shared spaces

Cleaning and orderly presentation of agreed rooms, reception areas and shared facilities. Tasks are selected around the intended use of the property and the areas your visitors will see.

Visible finishing details

Attention to accessible surfaces and agreed presentation details ahead of a viewing or photography appointment. The scope identifies the finishing tasks to be addressed and any requirements that need separate suppliers or agreement.

Preparation around a schedule

A defined scope and timing aligned to the property’s readiness, access and planned visits. Timing remains subject to confirmed availability and property readiness, with responsibilities for subsequent changes agreed in advance.

Readiness review and communication

Agree the presentation checklist and the contact who will review completion. Any remaining issues outside the cleaning scope can then be identified for your team before viewings, photography or other planned visits.

Discuss your requirements

A clear plan. Accountable delivery.

Understand the occasion

We discuss whether the property is being prepared for viewings, photography, sale or letting. This gives the discussion a practical starting point, focused on the priorities that matter to your organisation.

Agree the visible priorities

We define the rooms, cleaning tasks and finishing details, with responsibilities for anything outside the scope. The proposed specification makes responsibilities and exclusions clear, with any additional requirements confirmed separately.

Prepare at the right time

We agree access and timing around the wider programme, subject to confirmed service availability. Communication and next steps are agreed with your nominated contact, providing clarity around the proposed arrangement.

Is this available as a service now?

Property presentation is available by arrangement. We agree the cleaning and presentation tasks around your property and confirm the scope and timing when quoting.

Does this include furnishing or home staging?

Furniture hire, styling, decorating, repairs and professional photography are not automatically included. This offering focuses on agreed cleaning and practical presentation tasks.

Can you prepare a property following construction work?

If construction dust or residue is present, a post-construction clean may be needed first. We can discuss the condition of the property and the appropriate starting point.

Can preparation be coordinated with photography?

Share the intended photography date and priority areas. Timing would be agreed subject to service availability and property readiness; photography itself is outside the proposed cleaning scope.

How would the presentation standard be agreed?

We would discuss the rooms, visible details and intended use of the property. An agreed checklist would establish expectations and identify any requirements needing separate suppliers.

What details should we provide for a quotation?

Provide the property size, condition, access arrangements and intended visit date. These details help establish the proposed tasks before availability, scope and price are confirmed.
