A tidy rental bedroom prepared for a new occupancy

A considered clean. A fresh start.

End-of-Tenancy Cleaning

Cleaning between tenancies, shaped around the property’s condition and the agreed handover requirements.

A service shaped around you

End-of-Tenancy Cleaning, with your priorities in mind.

End-of-tenancy cleaning gives a property the attention it needs before its next chapter. We discuss the rooms, surfaces and priorities with you, then define a practical cleaning scope.

Who it’s for

Landlords, letting agents, property managers and tenants arranging a clean at the end of an occupancy. Enquiries are assessed against the property and the required work. A clearly agreed checklist helps everyone understand the intended finish, access requirements and any tasks requiring separate consideration.

The scope of your service

What your service can include

The final scope is agreed for your premises. These are the areas we can discuss when shaping your service. Select an area below to explore what can be included.

Kitchens and food preparation areas

Cleaning of agreed worktops, cupboards and accessible fittings. Internal appliance cleaning is discussed separately so the scope is clear. The condition and finishes inform the agreed tasks, with access and any excluded items identified before cleaning begins.

Bathrooms and washrooms

Attention to agreed sanitary fittings, surfaces and accessible areas, with methods appropriate to their condition and materials. Materials and fittings are considered alongside the required finish, with any existing damage or surface restrictions raised in advance.

Rooms, floors and accessible surfaces

Cleaning of agreed rooms, skirting, doors and floor surfaces, taking account of furniture, belongings and access. The checklist identifies accessible areas and relevant floor finishes, with specialist treatments considered separately where required.

Handover priorities

A scope informed by your inventory or checklist, where provided, with any exclusions or additional requirements agreed before work starts. Priorities are discussed with your nominated contact so the intended finish and any limitations are understood before the visit.

Access and property readiness

Confirm keys, utilities and the condition in which the property will be made available. We agree arrangements for remaining belongings and other contractors so the visit can focus on the approved cleaning checklist.

Discuss your requirements

A clear plan. Accountable delivery.

Review the property

Tell us about the size, condition, occupancy status and any inventory or handover requirements. This gives the discussion a practical starting point, focused on the priorities that matter to your organisation.

Agree the scope

We confirm what is included, access arrangements and any additional tasks that need a separate agreement. The proposed specification makes responsibilities and exclusions clear, with any additional requirements confirmed separately.

Complete and review

We carry out the agreed clean and review the result with the nominated contact. Communication and next steps are agreed with your nominated contact, providing clarity around the proposed arrangement.

Is a deposit return guaranteed?

No. Deposit decisions depend on the tenancy arrangements, property condition and other factors beyond cleaning. We agree and deliver a defined cleaning scope.

Are carpets and appliances included?

Specialist carpet treatments and internal appliance cleaning are not automatically included. Please raise these requirements so the scope can be assessed and agreed.

How is this different from a holiday-let turnaround?

End-of-tenancy cleaning addresses a change of occupancy and an agreed handover scope. Between-booking property preparation is usually a recurring reset around guest arrivals.

How is the quotation calculated?

We consider the property size, condition, rooms and agreed checklist. Access, any inventory requirements and additional tasks are clarified before the proposed scope and price are confirmed.

Does the property need to be empty?

Please tell us what furniture and belongings will remain. We agree which areas can be accessed and any preparation required before confirming the visit.

Can cleaning be coordinated with a handover date?

Share the intended date and access window. We assess availability and agree the visit around property readiness, with any changes to timing discussed before the work proceeds.
